BICHLIEN HOANG

BICHLIEN HOANG is the Executive Director of the Network Conformance and Integration Segment at Bellcore, managing an organization that provides testing and integration services to support national and international carriers' needs to test, analyze, and integrate new products, technologies, and telecommunications services. Ms. Hoang has over 15 years of telecommunications experience. She started at Bell Telephone Laboratories in 1980 and was transferred to Bellcore at divestiture in 1984. Prior to her current assignment, she held a number of technical and management positions, including Executive Director, Intelligent Network Integration Analysis; Director, Intelligent Network Technical Analysis; District Manager, Intelligent Network Performance Analysis; and District Manager, Advanced Measurements Technology. Ms. Hoang holds the BS degree in Mathematics and a graduate degree in Nuclear Physics from Vietnam and the MS degree in CS from the University of Pittsburgh, PA. Ms. Bich-Lien and her family came to the US as boat people in 1978.
