EM HUU LE (Emerson H. Lee)

EM HUU LE (Emerson H. Lee) received his BA & MA in Public Administration from National Institute of Public Administration in Saigon Vietnam and MA in Accounting from Catholic University of America. Currently, he is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia and Maryland. He is the owner of Emerson H. Lee, CPA, a public accounting firm well known in the Vietnamese Community of Washington Metropolitan area. Mr. Le was the President of Maryland Vietnamese Association(1989-1991). He is the President of National Institute of Public Administration Alumni Association - East Coast USA. Mr. Le is the comptroller of VACETS since 1995.
